- Quotes and Estimates: Any pricing, quotes, or solar generation estimates provided through our website are preliminary. Final pricing and system capacities are subject to a physical site survey, load calculation, and structural analysis.
- Government Subsidies: While we assist clients with the documentation and application process for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and state subsidies, the final approval and disbursement of subsidies are solely at the discretion of the respective government authorities. We are not liable for any delays or rejections by the government.
- Generation Guarantee: Specific claims regarding our “Generation Guarantee” will be legally bound only by the physical contract signed between the Client and WATTPRO Solar at the time of purchase.
